1 (750 ml) bottle white wine
1/2 cup superfine sugar
1/2 cup brandy
1/4 cup orange liqueur
1/2 a small seedless watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 3 cups)
4 large white peaches, pitted and cut into 1-inch cubes (about 3 cups)
1/2 a small cantaloupe, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 3 cups)
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 cup club soda

Directions:
1. In a large pitcher, combine the wine, sugar, brandy, and orange liqueur. Stir well until the sugar has dissolved.
2. Add the watermelon, peaches, cantaloupe, lemon juice, and lime juice. Stir gently to combine.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
4. Just before serving, add the club soda and stir gently to combine.
5. Serve over ice in glasses.
